In what time will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days for domestic orders and up to 21 days for international shipments.
What is your policy about returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our returns page for more details.
How can I change my order or cancel it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can help with changes or cancellations as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they’ve been processed and shipped.
